Product Description

1. Description:  This industrial pasta making machine/line/plant/industry pasta making machine/macaroni pasta making machine/pasta production line is produced by single-screw extruder through extruding cooking; the macaroni pasta can be different shapes like shell, spiral, square tube, circle tube, and so on. After drying, the maxaroni pasta needs frying to get expanded.

Production process

Features:
1.Feeding system:motor drive the screw in the feeder,then move the material into the
extruder.The feeding speed is digitally controlled.
2.Extruded system:  main motor drive the gear box,then run the screw.The screw thread is loose then tight.The pressure of barrel will be stronger to cook and shape the raw material. The extruded speed is digital controlled.
3.Heating and cooling system:There are some heating ring and cooling water jacket outside of the barrel.Thermonuclear measure the barrel temperature all the time,the heat or cool the barrel autonomic.

4.Cut the straight tube extruded from extruder into penne. The speed  can be adjusted to ensure that the final product fully meets the requirements.
